Public website information
Website terms of use
These terms apply to the public HobbyTill marketing website. Client subscriptions are governed by a separate written agreement.
Informational purpose
The public website describes HobbyTill and invites visitors to contact the sales team. Content is general information and does not create an offer, guarantee, service commitment, or client relationship.
No automated purchase
Submitting a contact form does not purchase HobbyTill, create a subscription, authorize payment, reserve an implementation date, or obligate either party to proceed. Services begin only after the parties execute the applicable agreement and satisfy its initial requirements.
Pricing
Published pricing reflects the standard service described on the website but may not include taxes, payment-processing fees, hardware, domain costs, migration work, custom development, third-party services, travel, or other separately scoped items. A written proposal or agreement controls if it differs from the website.
Stripe and third parties
A merchant-owned Stripe account is required for card payments through the standard HobbyTill platform. Stripe eligibility, verification, fees, services, availability, disputes, and account decisions are controlled by Stripe. Hardware and other third-party products are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Intellectual property
HobbyTill names, branding, website content, software descriptions, visual design, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right to copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative commercial materials is granted by viewing the website.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, abuse the contact form, scrape the site at a harmful rate, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Disclaimers
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, availability, pricing, and descriptions may change. Demonstrations and examples may not represent every configuration or client requirement.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public marketing website.
Governing terms for clients
Clients receive hosted access under a separate subscription and services agreement. That agreement controls software licensing, implementation, payments, support, data, suspension, termination, liability, and other client matters.
Contact
Questions may be submitted through the sales-contact form.
