Public website information
Privacy policy
This policy describes information collected through the public HobbyTill marketing website and sales-contact form.
Information we collect
When you submit the sales-contact form, we may collect your name, contact information, business name, shop location, website or social page, role, current systems, employee count, desired timeline, preferred contact method, and the message you provide.
The web server may also create ordinary technical logs containing information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, date, time, and security events.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether HobbyTill is a suitable fit, prepare demonstrations or proposals, prevent abuse, maintain website security, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell contact-form information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, email, security, professional advice, or business operations, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention
Inquiry information may be retained for a commercially reasonable period to manage communications, proposals, client relationships, security, and legal records.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, health information, or sensitive customer data through the sales form.
Third-party services
If you become a HobbyTill client, the hosted platform may use separate services, including Stripe for payment processing. Those services maintain their own terms and privacy practices. This public-site policy does not replace the client agreement or the privacy policy used by an individual merchant’s customer-facing store.
